We are a metal processing product manufacturer founded in 1951, and we manufacture and sell mainly valve bodies, piping joints, etc. Since our founding, we have accumulated know-how and skills for the cutting of castings and forgings, turning, drilling, and so on. By meeting customers’ diverse requests we have expanded our business. We have engaged in designing and manufacturing jigs and cutting tools, and selecting and consolidating facilities, and are establishing a system for handling new requests. In the future, we will actively participate in meetings of government-affiliated groups and medium-sized company support groups, to build our business.

Since the company was founded, we have worked with valve manufacturers for many years, accumulating know-how for cutting castings and forgings and expanding our technologies. Our strength is our ability to respond to diverse requests related to valves and joints. In recent years, we have focused on expanding processing techniques for practical use.

The founder of our company started the business as a sole proprietor in 1951. Since its foundation 65 years ago, our company has engaged in the cutting of metals. On the basis of the trust placed in us by a wide variety of customers and our cutting skills accumulated over many years, we have handled requests for turning and drilling as our main businesses. We also handle simple assembly and performance examinations upon request.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our strength in products and techniques is that we can produce precisely 90-degree angles for each T-shaped workpiece by cutting with high levelness and perpendicularity, for the subsequent casting and forging processing. There are large individual differences in the exterior shapes of cast and forged products in particular; these products can be processed with excellent levelness by forming the processing surface into palm-size areas in horizontal processing. With regard to processing perpendicular parts, it is difficult to achieve palm-size areas in the processing surface, making it difficult to process with high perpendicularity. This technique enables us to perform one-chuck processing without needing to consider variations in processing precision caused by individual differences in external shapes.

NC turning, which is a main technique in our company, brings advantageous effects in mold processing, process consolidation, etc. We have unique characteristics different from other companies specialized in general cutting processing that cannot fully handle many clients’ needs. On the basis of know-how accumulated for 65 years since our company’s foundation, and with relatively young managers and staff, we are focusing on sales development and production of new products, with utmost effort.

Our company actively participates in meetings with commerce and industry associations, medium-sized company business promotion corporations, various authorities and associations and so on, to acquire better-matched customers.
