Our company is a one-stop manufacturer of magnesium alloy parts and injection-molded plastic parts, with the ability to provide total engineering for these products. The same applies to injection-molded parts of magnesium alloys. We are a technology company performing Monozukuri craftsmanship in the design and production of injection-molded parts of plastic and magnesium alloy, the design and production of injection molds for plastic and magnesium alloy, and the design and production of automation/labor-saving equipment (robot system).

Our company was established in 1964. We are a one-stop manufacturer of injection-molded parts of magnesium alloy and plastic, handling everything from support for parts design to the design/production of molds and secondary processing (coating, printing and laser marking) to supply finished individual parts. We produce mainly automotive parts. We make development proposals that contribute to a spiritually rich society through “Monozukuri craftsmanship”. We deliver not simple products, but ties with the next generation through the accumulation of know-how.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Plating processing can be used only for metals or some plastics, and the part size is limited depending on the processing device used. However, high-brightness mirror surface coating is equivalent to plating processing in metal color, gloss and brightness, and does not place limits on the part size or coating material. Products formed by a magnesium alloy injection molding production method can be subjected to higher pressures than those formed by die casting production methods, are in a high-density crystalline state with high strength, and have excellent transferability for reliably reproducing die shapes.

We specialize in saving weight and producing highly customizable coatings, and are expanding into other industries. We have actively participated in exhibitions, etc. for the last few years, and have received inquiries from the development and design departments of many major companies. We are currently entering the stage of discussing detailed specifications for both magnesium alloys and high-brightness mirror surface coatings. We will popularize these technologies and actively expand sales channels in other industries.
