[Company strength]
Our company designs and produces press molds, is adept at fabricating precision punching dies, and excels in manufacturing parts that are ultra-precise, ultra-accurate, ultra-detailed and ultra-fine. We provide a wide range of press molds including progressive dies, single-action dies, and transfer dies, and we are highly experienced in punch working including making adjustments for the materials used for Japanese paper, polyester, PP, PVDC, PVC, PE, A-PET, composite films, etc., and for thickness of approximately 45–300 µm. (We have two separate departments for precision punching dies and press molds, each with expertise in both fields. Our resident office in Vietnam conducts market research so that we can deliver mold parts to the local subsidiaries of our customers, considering the importance of dies.)

We are engaged in the design and production of press molds (progressive dies, single-action dies, transfer dies, linepacer dies, etc.), various precision punching dies, and press molding parts. We also handle wire-cut machining, electric discharge machining, fineblanking die parts, form grinding, and so on. We can fabricate precision punching dies or trimming dies for sheet materials (nonmetals such as PP) used for food, medicine and other products with a clearance of several µm. We provide press molds (for presses up to about 300 tons) for automobile parts, home electric appliances, housing materials, etc.

[Strength of products/technologies]
To ensure high-precision parts, we installed the Highly Accurate & Speedy (HAS-3) machining system to obtain high repetitive positioning accuracy with an error of 1 µm or less. Our measurement system performs high-level numerical management supported by automatic measurement, 3D measurement, and on-machine measurement. (We have a wire-cut discharge machine, CNC jig borer, and surface grinding machine with the highest accuracy specifications, and also a three-dimensional measuring device and a vision measurement device. We assemble and adjust the precision punching dies in a thermostatic chamber.)

[Joint research and development]
We actively collaborate with universities, die manufacturers and press manufacturers in the development of new products and novel technologies for mold parts to meet the various requirements of customers. We are presently collaborating with Gifu University.
