[Company strength]
Our coating technology is offered through our group company Shine as a sales company. We can work with our sales company to plan ways to quickly and accurately reflect the customer’s requests in our coating technology. We possess equipment and technologies capable of handling production from single articles to mass-produced products and from precision parts to large base materials. We also assist customers with development, trial manufacturing, and commercialization. Our location is next to Osaka Prefecture, and we are engaged in daily sales activities in the Kinki and Chubu regions. Recently we have been receiving inquiries from throughout Japan via our website and the Internet.

[Business description]
Our company has been tackling various kinds of coating and their development for nearly half a century since 1971. Our basic philosophy has always been to make human-friendly products that are harmonious with the environment. We concluded a license agreement with DuPont USA (now The Chemours Company). We have been playing a part in the diffusion of Teflon (fluororesin) by providing our fluororesin coating technologies to various industries. We have handled frying pans and other cooking utensils, and also automobiles, semiconductors, and food products. Our company has recently been promoting environmentally friendly ceramic coating technology and working to pursue new industries and merchandise.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our key business is metal surface treatment. We have a wide lineup of fluororesin products from general-purpose articles to special lining materials to meet various requests for slidability and mold release characteristics, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. We successfully entered the new industry of ceramic coating by making use of the high coating hardness and heat resistance of the coating materials that we have been promoting. We can handle management and maintenance based on specifications that we agree with each customer, and we are also strengthening our quality management system to satisfy our customers.

Our special processing (coating) is a surface treatment technology, but it is far from being well known. We can make use of this new technology to conduct special processing for a wide variety of difficult-to-handle materials. We will continue to make proposals from the perspective of the users who apply our processed products. We will please customers throughout the word with our technologies in order to be a company that is capable of receiving continuous support and patronage.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are taking a new approach to customers for our sales channel development, which is based on information that we obtain through our daily sales activities. We have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from new customers due to our website and registration on sales support sites. We have Japanese staff resident at overseas factories to strengthen the management system for overseas expansion. We also have sales staff who are proficient in foreign languages to handle direct approaches from overseas users.
