[Company strength]
Forty-five years have passed since our foundation. We receive orders from Toshiba Corporation and Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd. as main customers and many other companies in various fields such as electric machines, semiconductors, automobiles and medical treatment. We carry out integrated production of labor-saving equipment, ranging from designing to parts production and assembly in-house. We started manufacturing rehabilitation devices through industry-academia collaboration this year, and currently are exploring new fields.

[Business description]
We develop automatic labor-saving equipment related to communication and measurement, and provide more efficient automatic labor-saving equipment and highly accurate precision parts in fields related to semiconductors, liquid crystal and biotechnology. We are actively training successors and renewing facilities, as it is important to add value by our small group of highly skilled engineers working at a small factory. Through hard work, we constantly respond to customers’ demands.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have earned a reputation for quality from customers over a long time, although requirements concerning quality, delivery period and cost are getting tougher year by year. We satisfy customers’ requests in terms of delivery period and cost by in-house integrated production and periodic replacement of facilities with the latest machines. We also excel at low-volume, high-mix production such as production of trial products by utilizing our workers who are skilled with milling cutters and lathes, the number of which is decreasing.

We have applied highly precise techniques to the development and manufacture of automatic labor-saving equipment related to communication and measurement, and have received very high evaluations from various partners since our establishment in September 1970. To improve, the low-growth Japanese economy requires the consolidation of techniques and knowledge, and the addition of value by small groups of highly skilled engineers in small factories. I believe that the age of mass production is coming to an end in all fields, and is shifting to the age of quality. What drives an enterprise is the power of its staff; enterprises are activated by highly skilled human resources. We aim to be the best small factory in the world, with each member taking pride.

We propose applications of our products by actively participating in exhibitions and business negotiations held by administrative and financial institutions, chambers of commerce and industry, etc. We will strengthen the system which enables our staff to accurately identify the market situation and needs, and thus enables the manufacturing and sales departments consistently to propose applications of our products. We will also find sales partners for our device for rehabilitation of the upper limbs.
