[Company strength]
We provide grinding for high-mix, low-volume parts. Currently, customers ask suppliers to deliver ordered products with a short lead time, and therefore we have very little time remaining for grinding as the last step. We deliver solutions in practice, not just theory. We deliver products with high quality on time. Our grinding machines are mostly general-purpose machines rather than NC at present to allow us to set up quickly and achieve fast delivery by the technical skills of our operators. This is our strength.

Our company has been studying grinding technology as a professional grinding specialist since our foundation in 1969. We respond to a wide variety of requirements for grinding of, for example, automotive trial parts, machine tool parts, die parts, semiconductor parts, jigs, gauges, cutting tool regrinding, and other special ground parts. We strive to assist monozukuri-craftsmanship enterprises by providing grinding for the parts of, in particular, small-volume lots of 100 to 500 pieces using newly introduced NC cylindrical grinders.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We aim to be the best professional grinding specialist in Japan. We respond to the requirements for grinding of automotive trial parts, machine tool parts, die parts, semiconductor parts, jigs, gauges, cutting tool regrinding, and other special ground parts. We constantly undertake difficult fabrication and achieve a finishing dimension of parts in the median of the tolerance. Although we are a small enterprise we are designated as a Tier 1 partner by major manufacturers. We can propose a grinding plan to a customer and agree a delivery date during negotiations. This approach is understood by all employees of our company, and supports our product and technological strengths.
