[Company strength]
We have been engaging in metal injection molding (MIM), which is a metal forming method, in addition to thermal treatment processing since our foundation in 1941, and have recently established a structure for fully responding to the requirements from various customers and other parties. MIM is an excellent method for producing a great number of parts that are complicated, precise and difficult-to-form and also offers excellent cost performance in comparison with conventional metal part forming. We have a strong corporate culture that enables us to flexibly select the next step in accordance with market needs.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have been engaging in vacuum thermal treatment of heat-resistant materials as our core technology, and are skilled at various thermal treatment methods and thermal processing for surface modification. We also produce sintered metal parts using metal injection molding, which is a technology derived from vacuum thermal treatment, to fabricate parts that are complicated, precise and difficult-to-form, and have started laser metal deposition as a new business area.

[Representative's message]
Our company has been developing machinery and studying technologies to meet the requirements of many customers as a specialist in the thermal treatment of metal materials since our foundation in October 1941. Thermal processing technologies have dramatically progressed along with the development of industries in Japan in the last 70 years. We currently form metal parts by means of metal injection molding (MIM) and laser metal deposition (3D printing), in addition to performing thermal treatment processing since our foundation, thus creating a broad structure of Monozukuri craftsmanship ranging from thermal processing to parts manufacturing. We will continue to advance and focus on Monozukuri craftsmanship in Japan.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will continue improving our technical skills as we have done since our foundation. We will also actively participate in exhibitions such as New Value Creation Fair and propose applications to participating companies and accurately capture market needs. Our production and sales units will cooperate to enhance our corporate strength. Furthermore, we intend to combine high-temperature nitriding processing and complicated precise parts production to develop new customers and expand sales channels.
