Our company supports production facilities by providing a continuous and stable supply of gear speed reducers, equipment for industrial machinery, and environmental conservation equipment. We also maintain and create water environments by providing a continuous and stable supply of equipment for water treatment facilities and water gate door opening/closing equipment. This is how our company contributes to the construction of social capital. We can meet large-sized, special specifications in fields related to gear speed reducers and water gate door opening/closing equipment. We can provide special aeration agitators in the field of equipment for water treatment facilities. We are also capable of providing high-mix low-volume binding, packaging machines, assembly, and transport machines in the field of equipment for industrial facilities.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company can meet specifications that other companies cannot in the fields of large or special gear speed reducers and water gate door opening/closing equipment. Our special fields include wastewater treatment, where we provide aeration agitators that we developed independently. We excel at manufacturing automated equipment for industrial devices, such as binding, packaging, assembly, and transport machines. Our objective is to continue to provide our technologies as well as high-performance, high-quality high-mix low-volume products with quick turnarounds and low prices.

Domestic demand has been sluggish in Japan because of the aging society and declining birthrate. The fall in demand is particularly drastic in the field of public works, so we need to develop markets in Japan and abroad. We will confront very difficult situations in international expansion, because business practices, cultures, and traditions are different overseas. However, we will develop and provide products and technologies that satisfy market needs. We will lead our international expansion to success by collaborating with various companies.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have been extending our business to Taiwan and China following the establishment of a sales agency in Taiwan a few dozen years ago. We established an overseas sales section in our sales department in 2010, and we have been developing sales channels mainly in ASEAN countries. Overseas transactions are very complicated because of trade proceedings, unlike domestic transactions in Japan. This is why the sales division is efficiently and effectively creating documents and making applications with the cooperation of the general affairs division (accounting) and technical division (design). We have special staff to support international customers from the aspects of both sales and technology.
