We are a long-established manufacturer of cold rolling machines with a track record in various fields.

Our mainline business is cold rolling machine design and manufacturing. We have sold rolling machines that are used to manufacture piston rings as automobile engine parts, linear guide wires for industrial machines, and superconductive wires. We perform trial rolling using rolling machines that we developed independently. We offer machining such as laser welding, laser marking, and laser engraving on consignment using basic-wave laser processing equipment. The quality of our laser engraving technology is particularly highly appreciated for machining difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium and carbide alloy. We have been able to achieve the objective of reducing the heat affected layer to 10 μm or less in titanium alloy laser processing. We have had many transactions with Hitachi Metals, Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ushio, and other major companies.

[Company strength]
We can also receive consignment machining orders instead of equipment purchase orders. We perform trial rolling using rolling machines that we developed independently. We also make use of basic-wave laser processing equipment to carry out machining such as laser welding, laser marking, and laser engraving on consignment. The technical quality of our laser engraving in machining difficult-to-machine materials like titanium and carbide alloy is particularly highly appreciated. We took on the development of an artificial hip joint through a regional regeneration consortium involving universities and medical equipment and materials manufacturers. We  achieved the objective of reducing the heat affected layer to 10 μm or less in laser processing of titanium alloy.

Our mainline business is to design and manufacture cold rolling machines. We have sold rolling machines that are used to manufacture piston rings as automobile engine parts, linear guide wires for industrial machines, and superconductive wires. Our recent mainline business includes laser processing machine design and manufacturing. We also sell laser equipment for the second machining of discharge lamp electrodes for LCD production, and laser welding machines for automobile damper flywheel production lines. Our products include CVT belt development machines that combine rolling and laser welding technologies.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has focused on developing wire rolling machines giving priority to developing Turk's head rolling machines and running dimension measuring machines. Our Turk's head rolling machine has a four-axis drafting mechanism and servomotor-controlled slide shafts for NC assembly in a swastika pattern. We are developing machines with simultaneous eight-shaft control to switch from arrangement based on experience to numerical data. Our running dimension measuring machine digitally controls measured values and has a three-shaft follow-up mechanism capable of tracking even plate deflections.

[Representative's message]
We developed a laser processing machine in the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program and exhibited it at Photonix 2013 for the first time. We have been participating in exhibitions every year since then. Our direct coloring marking on metals was highly appreciated at a matching fair for energetic Monozukuri craftsmanship companies. We are now using our laser marking technology for consignment machining. We are thinking of extending it to the business-to-consumer (BtoC) business represented by titanium seal manufacturing and nameplate production. We anticipate further business growth in sales of machines and equipment by considering future overseas expansion.
