We make use of our state-of-the-art vacuum heat treatment furnace to offer high-quality heat treatment.

We offer heat treatment processing with a focus on vacuum heat treatment for die manufacturers and part manufacturers. We decided to enter the business of heat treatment for aircraft parts in 2012. We acquired JIS Q 9100 certification in 2015, and installed a vacuum heat treatment furnace that complies with the AMS standard. We handle vacuum heat treatment by using heat treatment equipment that complies with AMS2750. We maintain a heat treatment furnace that complies with equipment control standards for aircraft parts. We perform periodic calibration of measuring instruments and system accuracy testing, and study the uniformity of furnace temperature. We support traceability.

We can support the heat treatment standards for aircraft parts. We provide vacuum heat treatment by using heat treatment equipment that complies with AMS2750. We have 30 years of experience in vacuum heat treatment as a precision die expert. We focus on handling high-mix low-volume precision dies, and achieve heat treatment with little distortion. Our shortest delivery time is only one day. Our main business is batch furnace production, so we can complete heat treatment for dies on the next day after receiving the order at the shortest. We have been offering various kinds of heating processing services for the past 30 years, with a focus on vacuum heat treatment for die manufacturers and part manufacturers. We decided to take advantage of this experience to enter the business of heat treatment for aircraft parts in 2012. We acquired JIS Q 9100 certification in 2015, and installed a vacuum heat treatment furnace that complies with the AMS standard. Our group company Kentech handles super-hard ceramic coating. We can support customers by making full use of our vacuum heat treatment to offer heat treatment that requires traceability and standards-based heat treatment of special materials.

Distortion is minimal in our work, and we fully draw out the characteristics of the material. We conduct optimal control of heating and cooling processing. We minimize distortion in automobile dies, which involve complex 3D processing, and provide vacuum quenching that maximizes the characteristics of the raw material. We can achieve heat treatment with good traceability. We possess a heat treatment furnace that complies with equipment control standards for aircraft parts. We perform periodic calibration of measuring instruments and system accuracy testing, and study furnace temperature uniformity under strict equipment control rules. We provide support from small lots (single articles). We possess various kinds of equipment, from large to small units. We will also handle small lots and prototype manufacturing.
