We manufacture and sell metal product parts such as grommets and caulking in Japan and respond thoroughly from mold manufacturing to plated finishing in-house. Communication before development proceeds smoothly since molds are designed and manufactured in-house. In addition, we can quickly respond to trouble with a mold when manufacturing. We perform thorough metal pressing, resin molding and assembly in-house, and thus can smoothly solve fitting problems to consistently product high quality products. Furthermore, we can prepare everything in-house, which leads to excellent competitive prices. 



[Business description]
We worked expanding our production facilities according to customer needs and computerization of processes, and introduced ERP and PLM systems ahead of other companies in Ikari Machinery and Electric Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. in China. As a result, we were able to manage products more thoroughly. We mainly manufacture connectors for automobile parts companies and supply them to Japanese automobile manufacturers and overseas automotive manufacturers. In addition, we have manufactured and sold various metal product parts such as grommets and caulking for over 100 years in Japan, and our in-house processing is thorough from mold manufacturing to various kinds of plated finishing. Our enthusiasm has helped in earning our customers’ trust in terms of quality and cost performance over many years.

As we manufacture everything in-house from precision metal pressed parts through to connectors, we can flexibly respond to quality, cost and delivery time, and quickly implement sudden design changes and the like. As we emphasize not only mold designs for conventional terminals but also mold designs for molded resin, we have obtained trust from companies in Japan, Germany, Korea and USA.

Our company has grown from manufacturing grommets and caulking through small pressed parts and various kinds of plating since its establishment in 1900. We established a factory in China 20 years ago for manufacturing automobile terminals and other products. Our strength is that we can conduct thorough mold design for pressed parts to parts manufacturing and plated finishing in-house. In addition, we began manufacturing connectors for automobile parts according to customers’ specifications 20 years ago in China, in anticipation of the development of automobile industry. We would like to expand sales channels not only in China but also to other regions in the future.
