[Company strength]
Our company identifies frequent problems related to manufacturing and devises solutions. These include how to reduce a development period that has already been been delayed in the design phase, and how to systematically reduce parts procurement costs. We then develop an original system specifically for the company. This is based on the system development capabilities we have obtained from past projects with manufacturers. Our past experience with both SMEs and large-scale companies allows us to deal with all kinds of circumstances. We will support your project carefully, from proposal to implementation.

Our company is mainly engaged in the field of product lifecycle management (PLM). We develop systems and provide related consulting services for manufacturers. We provide a comprehensive process covering from consulting (such as job analysis) to system development, and support for implementation and operation. Our other lines of business include ERP system implementation support (mainly production control), and dispatching engineers. We have also started to offer intellectual asset management services for manufacturers as a new business.

Our service includes detailed job analysis on the entire job flow, from upstream to downstream, regarding system implementation for the manufacturer’s design and development phases. A PLM solution allows for cost reduction for each unit or product. Our company is a PLM specialist, so we are quite familiar with specific functions that can be useful for specific areas. Our accumulated know-how is equally applicable to both large-scale and small- or mid-scale companies, which enables us to develop systems for both organizations and operation units.

Our company has been working since 2014 under the slogan of “Japan No.1 Again!” as our 10-year vision. We are still a startup, but I want to stick to our original intentions while moving forward. We work as a team where every employee understands the business plan and goals, and try to consistently carry out our ideas. Everyone is also flexible in their responses. Both of these characteristics have been useful for providing implementation and support services.

We have been actively participating in exhibitions and seminars, and enhanced the quality of our websites and SNS, in order to enhance recognition and acquire more customers. We recently started to issue press releases to get more exposure in the media. Sales promotion is also conducted by the president and technical sales representatives in the form of proposal-based sales. This is done by deepening our understanding of the customer’s operation, and offering what is necessary for the company. We make proposals for manufacturers from both sales and management perspectives.
