Our company manufactures and assembles parts for precision equipment and devices. We have a track record of manufacturing parts for LCD manufacturing equipment, semiconductor inspection devices, JR railway track inspection machines, coordinate measuring machines, and leak measuring machines. We do everything from material procurement to machining, surface treatment, and physical distribution. We have confidence in our technical capabilities. We can achieve accuracy of up to 3 μm by machining without polishing. The runout accuracy of assembled joint units is up to 5 μm both in rotational runout and end face runout.
