We are a prefabricated house manufacturer that operates in a wide range of fields. We are expanding our operations while making use of our accumulated insights and experience to respond to various customer needs. These extend from simple toilets to study rooms, temporary houses, luxury offices, and large warehouses with heavy steel structures. We offer house renovation services. We also manufacture and sell sunroof rails (for a major automobile manufacturer), aluminum exteriors, construction materials, and aluminum medical device components.

[Company strength]
Our company’s strength lies in quality control. Steel frames used in prefabricated houses are quite standardized in terms of dimensions such as holes, welding, and other processing. Our aluminum parts department participates in quality control activities held by a major auto parts manufacturer to enhance our quality control level. Aluminum is a very soft material unlike other metals, and it requires a certain amount of know-how in handling. We have secured in-house human resources who are familiar with aluminum. We are always committed as a company to establishing a solid quality control system for our customers. 

[Business description]
Our company was established in 1968, and we began to manufacture prefabricated houses over 40 years ago. Our current variety of prefabricated house designs and construction is a result of the technologies and experience we have accumulated from past sales. We manufacture prefabricated houses in a wide range of fields, including simple small toilets, study rooms, temporary houses, luxury offices, and large warehouses with heavy streel structures. We renovate existing houses in addition to providing new construction. We also have an auto part operation, which has been continuing for over 20 years. It was initially launched to replace our steel frame business with aluminum processing, and we now manufacture and supply sunroof rails to a major automobile manufacturer. We have other aluminum operations in which we manufacture and sell aluminum exterior materials, construction materials, and aluminum medical equipment parts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our own internal staff manage and oversee all processes from initial design consulting to on-site meetings and construction work on prefabricated houses. This is the basis of the strength of our products and technology. A project can be as small as a compact 3.3-square meter warehouse to a steel frame warehouse of nearly 1,000 square meters. Our aluminum processing department also receives guidance on delivery control from a major auto parts manufacturer. This is spread to other departments for different products, which results in positive effects in production and our abilities as a whole. 

[Representative's message]
We tried to change our business from construction about 30 years ago, and we were able to become a subcontractor for aluminum sunroof rail auto parts. We chose sunroof rails because it was a niche market with production lots that were too small for other auto parts manufacturers to take on. This business was very busy for the next 20 years. By all appearances it was a success, but the customer is an auto part manufacturer that has been steadily offshoring operations. This is why we have reduced our staff and started to focus on prefabricated house operations along with sunroof rails.

We hope to participate in exhibitions and business conferences held by government, public support organizations, and financial institutions. Our goal is to capture the needs of visiting companies as well as issues in the market, and then suggest ways to apply our products and technologies. We will make use of support and subsidies from the municipal government and public support organizations to enhance our technologies, and develop new products under own brand. This will be done so that we can focus on acquiring new customers.
