[Company strength]
We are a maker of high-quality wire-winding machines and automatic system lines for winding wire, representing the central part of Japan, which is the backbone of Japan. We are also a leading maker of coil winding machines in Japan. We drastically reduce indirect costs because we sell high-quality products at lower prices by integrated production starting with parts at the headquarter factory and Asahikawa Factory in Hokkaido.

[Business description]
We started our business in 1977. We are a machinery maker manufacturing brushless motor coils which were rare at that time. We can produce coils with an outer diameter ranging from 5 mm up to several meters, and our world-class wire-winding technology delivers maximum energy. Our basic philosophy is to contribute to society by providing high-performance, high-quality products, and to continually grow in a healthy manner. We provide high-quality wire-winding machines and automatic system lines for wire-winding machines together with a global support system.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have manufactured brushless-motor wire-winding machines and regular wire-winding machines for about 40 years to date. Our main product and technical strength are automatic wire-winding machines with both high speed and accuracy, with outer diameter ranging from 5 mm up to several meters, and the highest-level wire-winding technology in the world, for maximum energy. (We control both speed and accuracy, with a maximum winding speed of 150,000 rpm and accuracy of 1/1,000 mm.)

We provide high-quality winding machines and wire-winding automatic system lines to customers under a global support system, on the basis of the abovementioned managerial philosophy.
