[Company strength]
In accordance with the needs of the times, our company is further cultivating the skills and technological abilities acquired by each employee under the theme of autonomy. Under this philosophy, we are committed to parts processing as the source of manufacturing. [Business description]
Our company designs, manufactures, and processes vacuum parts for semiconductor and FPD manufacturing equipment and other high-precision parts in various fields. We process large articles of low thermal displacement with high accuracy, turbine blades and other articles with complex shapes, and we also drill deep holes with diameters as small as 0.05 mm.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company owns a total of 10 portal machining centers from 3.7 to 2.6 m in portal width, including the largest 5-face machining center of 3.7 m. We meet various customer needs with a gun drill supporting a depth of 2 m on one side and other facilities. At the large product manufacturing and other factories, machine and product contractions are suppressed by controlling changes within ±2℃ to maintain quality and accuracy. We can accept one-stop orders for such joining as Tig welding, Mig welding, electron beam welding, and FSW. We have implemented integrated production for manufacturing assemblies from materials by also supporting secondary processing after welding. We have also achieved high-grade dimensional tolerances or geometric tolerances (planeness and parallelism) even for large parts. We are highly experienced in manufacturing large aluminum chambers and other large parts. Our company has acquired ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification for our quality management system covering everything from order reception to shipping.

[Representative's message]
In 1965, our history started with facility maintenance and machine manufacturing and repairs for a major paper manufacturer as our main lines of business. In 1998, we switched to machining using machining centers and NC lathes. Then we developed the business fields of parts for racing motorbikes, power plant turbines, the Ministry of Defense, medical equipment, and industrial robots. We have also expanded into the area of vacuum parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, LCD manufacturing equipment, and solar cell manufacturing equipment. We handle products in various fields by considering solutions to customer issues. To solve such issues, we have been producing and evolving our unique production system by cultivating and accumulating technologies. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have increased our labor force to develop sales channels and we have established a production system to handle trial manufacturing and development with short turnaround time. Outside Japan, major U.S. companies (Applied Materials and Lam Research) are expanding their shares in the field of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. For overseas expansion, we will acquire new channels and increase transactions by strengthening our in-house system and promoting collaboration with customers and cooperative companies to make the most of our advantages.
