[Company strength]
We are the leading global manufacturer of liquid crystal polarizing plate manufacturing equipment. Our company makes use of our reputation from past successes and the latest technologies to manufacture various machines that meet the ever-changing needs of the times. We design and manufacture a wide variety of machines. These range from compact devices used for development testing to very large systems costing several hundred million yen, and we customize them to our customers’ uses. We will take on new challenges even in unknown fields by making use of our cutting-edge technologies and the desire to create new things. 

[Business description]
Our company was established in 1984 as a manufacturer of textile machines such as knit dyeing machines. We then successfully changed our business to being an industrial machinery manufacturer for pioneering industries. We now design and manufacture various systems and devices with a focus on film-related machines, according to specifications provided by our customers. Our products include plastic film stretching machines, film processing machines, copper foil coating machines, electrolytic copper foil manufacturing machines, and Pi film formation machines. We also supply separator film manufacturing systems, BSF extraction machines, precision coating systems, polarizing plate dryers, laminators, and tenters.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our current polarizing plate manufacturing equipment represents the culmination of our technologies. It combines our initial fundamental technologies (dyeing without creases or unevenness) from our early dyeing machine production, and our accurate winding and conveying technologies from paper and film processing. This equipment stretches PVA film material to six times its length, dries it, and laminates three stretched films into a single sheet, which is then wound into a roll. This equipment manufactures ultra-thin, 25- to 30-micron, even-polarizing plates with high precision, and has earned extremely high evaluations in terms of quality.

We hope to accurately capture customer needs by paying close attention to customer inquiries coming from our website. We will also do this by participating in exhibitions and business conferences held by the government, public support institutions, and other organizations such as financial institutions. Insights on customer needs will provide the foundation for suggesting applications of our technologies. We will continue to actively develop new products, and conduct joint development by lending various testers and test equipment to our customers.

40% of PVA film is produced by our machine in the world wide. 

Our main product has a share of approximately 60% of the global market, and it is becoming the de facto industry standard.
