We manufacture and sell stainless steel devices for medical and physical/chemical applications. We have a solid track record in the processing of stainless steel and aluminum by using a combination of precision sheet metal processing and welding. We have actively invested in plant and equipment. For sheet metal processing, we own an NCT laser compound machine and high-power laser processor. For welding, we own a fiber/YAG laser welding machine that uses a robot. Since our foundation in 1975, we have expanded in accordance with various needs, by fusing these facilities with our accumulated know-how. We plan to grow our market share by participating in exhibitions, etc.

Sheet metal working and welding technology not limited by shape

We borrow drawings and conduct sheet metal working, welding, and surface treatment according to them. Surface treatment includes buffing, HL polishing, electrolytic polishing, coating, and so on. The products are delivered by our own truck or a courier service after surface treatment.

We process many parts for machines used at medical sites, so burr-free processing is a matter of course.
Our welding work has established a reputation for great strength and also for clean finishing.

Our company supports high-mix low-volume machining.
The shape is realized by welding if the processing quantity is too small for press molding.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are highly experienced in precision sheet metal processing plus welding of stainless steel and aluminum. Our welding process simultaneously involves argon welding by a skilled engineer and fiber/YAG laser welding by a robot, thus achieving fine finishing without any distortion. For surface treatment, we can also handle buff grinding, hairline grinding, electropolishing, pickling and painting.

The technology that we have cultivated for more than forty years since our foundation excels in that the processing can be done regardless of the shape of the material, such as cotton material, sticks, pipes, angles and wire netting as well as board material.

In the case of stainless steel processing, welding is unavoidable and some distortion inevitably occurs no matter how good our jigs are. For this reason, we introduced a laser welding machine from an early stage so that we can weld in the range of 0.5 to 3.0t without any distortion. Thus, we enhance the value of our products by maintaining the original beauty of the stainless steel material and the rustproof, clean features after processing by using our grinding technology. We will actively expand our market share by pursuing further technological improvements and higher quality.
