[Company strength]
Our company has accumulated technology in many years of consignment manufacturing for major machine tool manufacturers. This technology enables us to perform integrated Monozukuri craftsmanship from canning, part machining, and assembly to electrical wiring and packaging for shipment, and also including design. We flexibly design, manufacture, and provide products according to customer requests, as well as standard equipment and machines under our in-house brand. We possess portal five-face processing machines (five units), horizontal machining centers (nine units), and vertical machining centers (seven units). Our machining equipment includes milling machines, lathes, multifunctional processing machines, NC grinders, general-purpose processing machines, and welders. We possess equipment to support machining small to large parts for high-mix low-volume production, and to enable assembly and shipping with a quick turnaround.

Our company manufactures machine tools, press machines, and other machines on consignment. We also package these machines for export, and pick up cargo. We manufacture machines under our own brand, such as textile machines for nonwoven cloth, industrial machines, and gear cutting machines. Our company has an integrated production system from industrial machine design to part machining, canning, assembly, electric wiring, and packaging for shipment. This system is based on the technology we have accumulated by manufacturing NC machine tools for major machine tool manufacturers. We create products with Monozukuri craftsmanship trusted by our customers and provide them with superior products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture machines as in-house products as well as consigned products under an integrated system that makes use of the manufacturing technologies we have been accumulating for many years. Our in-house gear cutting machines can processes gears with large diameters. We support products from 6-module or more medium-sized gears to about 20-module large articles for construction machines and wind power generators. Hobbing machines and gear shapers mainly used to be used for processing, but our products reduce the processing time by 20 to 40%. Our vibration damping structure used for the tool rotation mechanism extends the tool life and reduces the running cost. We design and manufacture devices that satisfy customer needs.

Our company manufactures machine tools, press machines, and other industrial machines on consignment. We also provide customers with our own products designed and manufactured in-house, and from now on we will make this into another mainline business. We will remain devoted to customer-trusted Monozukuri craftsmanship by making use of the technology we have accumulated for this purpose. We will further improve our technical power in this business and develop and extend sales channels for our in-house products, with the aim of contributing to our customers and society.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our engineering sales staff is the main division in charge of responding to customer inquiries and satisfying customer requests for design. This division can handle technical matters. Engineering staff in our machining, assembly, and electric wiring divisions also help to quickly solve problems.
