Sanryusha Co., Ltd.

We manufacture various kinds of equipment, from micro motors to combustion equipment used in power generation plants.

We are a machinery manufacturer that produces a wide range of machines and equipment. These include micro motors, shot blasting devices, image inspection equipment for auto parts, transportation equipment for chip mounters, and combustion equipment for garbage incinerators and biomass power generation facilities. Our operations cover a wide range of machines in various scales from compact precision devices to large equipment. We can handle all phases of production including design, manufacturing, and assembly, which is our company’s strong point. Our micro motors are used for various applications, including valves, air conditioners, amusement equipment, surveillance cameras, and dispensers. Industry-university collaboration is one of the activities we focus on. We are currently conducting joint research with Nagoya City University in the medical and healthcare fields to start a new business.

[Company strength]
We have accumulated know-how regarding thermal structures through our current production of combustion equipment, which we can make use of for design proposals. We also possess the necessary plant and equipment for the structural design, part production, and assembly of large equipment. Our ample supply of equipment includes large machines such as gate-type NC machining centers as well as NC five-surface machining centers, which enables us to manufacture and assemble large products. We also excel at welding with little distortion, which pleases our customers when we manufacture large, high-quality tanks. Other departments excel at precision assembly. They manufacture micro motors and actuators with built-in motors, and assemble high-precision transportation units. This is done under advanced manufacturing quality control, which enables us to perform high-mix low-volume production.

[Business description]
Our company has manufactured machines and equipment that are required by the times since our establishment in 1897 as a sericulture producer. We have produced combustion equipment for large boilers and water meters, for which strict requirements are applied. We then began to develop and manufacture micro motors, and assemble intra-unit transportation equipment for electronic components. Our company continuously supplies high-quality, reliable products. We also develop and manufacture image inspection equipment targeting the mass production lines of automobile-related companies. Our products help to save labor on the production line and ensure manufacturing quality. The scope of our business also includes developing and manufacturing combustion equipment for garbage, industrial waste incineration, and biomass power generation. Our current focus is on a new business that we started in the medical and healthcare fields.

[Industry]
Machinery manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our highly reliable, combustion-efficient combustion equipment has been adopted by local municipalities and also by biomass power generation facilities in Japan and overseas. Our shot blasting devices are crane-blast articles that can finish irregular shapes with a single round of shot. These devices are quite efficient, because the shot balls are perfectly handled through separate collection and anti-scattering measures. Our DC coreless 1K motor is a flat, coreless motor with high output and high efficiency. There is no iron core inside the motor, so it is lightweight and rotates smoothly without any cogging. Its output is 350W with DC44 volts, or 70W with DC24 volts. This motor is lightweight, high in output, and flat, so it can be used in a wide range of fields.

[Representative's message]
Our company designs, manufactures, and assembles a wide range of parts and products, from large machines and equipment to precision devices, as products under our own brand or on consignment. We are particularly confident about development, design, parts production and processing, assembly technology, and quality, as these are what our customers value most. We are currently focused on these areas to increase sales from new customers. This is why we definitely wanted to participate in J-GoodTech, as it will allow us to get in contact with many major companies.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are developing sales channels by participating in exhibitions, various business matching events, and study groups, and by engaging in industry-university-government collaboration. We also have partner manufacturers in Thailand to enhance our overseas procurement capabilities through technical support and collaboration.

[Market share/Ranking]
Our customer’s electronic component mounting device has a share of approximately 30% of the world market, so we assume that our product accounts for around 20% of the same market. Takuma’s garbage incinerator has a 12.2% share of the market, so our product mounted in this device has a similar share.
