Our company manufactures and sells plastic injection-molded products for automobiles, medical equipment, and home electronics appliances. We conduct processing from R&D to mass production with a commitment to special technologies such as gas assist and heat-and-cool. Our automotive grips based on the gas assist method are adopted for Honda and Subaru cars. They have the top market share in the Kanto region. Our automotive resin pipes have solved many issues such as thickness variation and resin amount reduction, and have even been adopted for medical equipment. Our products based on the heat-and-cool method are highly evaluated in the automobile industry for their high-grade piano black appearance that does not requiring coating. - Gas injection technology
[Cost reduction] Uneven-thickness structures are possible, so several parts can be integrated for cost reduction. Low-pressure nitrogen gas is used for the general mold-retention pressure, so the mold clamping pressure can be halved to enable downsized molding machines.
[Weight reduction] We can make pipes from resin by using hollowing technology based on gas injection to replace metal pipes and hoses for weight reduction. Our resin pipes have stable bores produced by blowing balls with nitrogen gas (RFM).
[Improvement of appearance quality and dimensional accuracy] We solve issues about resin molding, such as shrinkage and warpage. We apply pressure from inside using nitrogen gas where shrinkage usually occurs. Nitrogen gas makes the pressure distribution even throughout an entire product, so differential shrinkage decreases and dimensional accuracy improves.
- Heat-and-cool technology
[3D weld-less] Our company uses steam for the heat-and-cool method. Our 3D weld-less molding features a faster temperature rise and fall and excellent molding cycle compared with other methods.
[Piano black (non-coated)] We can reproduce rich, deep black like a piano. Torsion-free reflections like a mirror produce beauty beyond coating. Coating is unnecessary, so costs can be reduced nearly 90%.
[Silver metallic (non-coated)] We successfully eliminated black lines (refractive shadows at welding points) from metallic resin mixed with aluminum or other material. We do not have a track record of mass production as of 2017, but we will achieve intensity pleasing automobile manufacturers.
