Our three main businesses are equipment development, mechatronics, and FA systems.
Our company was established as a manufacturer of equipment and apparatus in 1970. We have met various customer needs and expanded our business through the three key divisions of: Equipment Development Business Unit, Mechatronics Business Unit, and FA System Business Unit. These three units are respectively in charge of custom-made equipment fabrication, fabrication of automatic production apparatus and transfer lines, and electrical control, FA sequence design, and robot program design. The units provide their respective expertise to create value-added solutions with synergies. We are part of the “Aichi Prefecture Important Project II” of 2016, and are now purchasing fuel cell forklifts, fabricating hydrogen filling apparatus, and conducting R&D on reforming catalysts.
[Company strength] Our company has four business units. We cover all processes from development to fabrication of production apparatus and lines, including both hardware design and software design, inside the company. The Development Business Unit is in charge of developing research devices, durability test apparatus, and bench apparatus, and is adept at combining conditions and the environment (with particular expertise in designing equipment for gas, heat and vacuum). The Mechatronics Business Unit is skilled at designing and manufacturing production apparatus, the FA System Unit at hardware/software design, and the Engineering Business Unit at plant production (including explosion-proof construction and clean-room construction). [Business description] We design and fabricate development equipment and production apparatus mainly for the automobile and aircraft industries. We first design the development equipment, then carry out the stages from observing a trial run to process development, and, based on the results, we fabricate the production apparatus. [Industry] Construction industry [Strength of products/technologies] We have been active in Aichi Prefecture for more than 40 years, and thus have the necessary skills to meet the specifications peculiar to the automobile industry and plant design. We have experience in explosion-proof design for combustibles (gas/liquid) and designs conforming to overseas standards, and can handle orders both in Japan and abroad. We have provided various products including: evaluation apparatus for heat exchangers, heat shock durability test apparatus, desiccant dehumidifying experiment equipment, traceability management systems, camera image inspection systems, new material development test bench NMR-S series, large-sized special cranes, adhesive application devices (robot control), and a specialty-gas centralized monitoring system. We hope to help revitalize regional industry by participating in, for example, the production of hydrogen-related equipment as a new infrastructure and the development of associated production apparatus.
