For 60 years since our foundation, we have focused on machining. We handle from material procurement to thermal treatment, surface treatment and sub-completion. We introduced NC compound lathes long before our competitors. We are able to perform total jigless processing with a single step from various rod materials. Currently, we mainly perform contract processing for small-lot production of several tens of pieces to medium-lot production of ten thousand pieces a year. Our products are mainly used by manufacturers of farm machines and special vehicles. In recent years, we have been showing our products at exhibitions such as M-Tech and actively winning new clients.

Currently, we mainly perform contract processing of small- to medium-lot orders of several tens of pieces to ten thousand pieces a year. We have continued to deal with almost all of our clients since our foundation. Although small, we are able to maintain long-term transactions because of the high evaluation of our products and technologies.

We have 20 years of experience since introducing NC compound lathes long before our competitors. We are able to perform total jigless processing with a single step from various rod materials. Since compound processing is used, expensive prototype molds and jigs are not required, and we can deliver quickly. We can accept integrated contracts from material procurement to thermal treatment, surface treatment and small-scale welding assembly. In addition to rod materials, we are good at processing profiles such as castings and forgings. We can procure profiles directly from the profile manufacturers of various castings and forgings.
