[Company strength]
We produce coiled wave springs (scrowave springs), which are considered difficult to form, with stable quality by using our technical capabilities and experience. Coiling from 6 mm up to 400 mm is possible. We can deal with lot sizes of tens of thousands of products a month with our 14 coiling machines. Dies are basically unnecessary for forming, and so we can also provide a small number (even just one) of trial products at a low price.



[Business description]
We design, manufacture and sell special springs (scrowave springs) and retaining rings (spiral retaining rings). More than 50% of our customers are automobile-related enterprises, and we also have a proven track record of delivering to many other makers related to construction equipment, industrial equipment and robots. We celebrated our 50th anniversary last year, and provide high-quality products by using the technical and manufacturing capabilities we have built up over many years.

Manufacture of special springs and retaining rings

[Strength of products/technologies]
A scrowave spring is a special spring designed to be compact and low weight, which can, with about half the height of general coil springs, generate the same load. Spiral retaining rings can be formed to meet the user’s demands regardless of JIS. Our hybrid springs that combine these two products, as well as springs which can be used even under high-temperature environments of 400°C or higher also have a high reputation.

As a long-established maker of scrowave springs and spiral retaining rings, we are proud of our technical capabilities and the best quality in Japan. We also started developing “B to C” articles several years ago, have been expanding sales flexibly without the restrictions of other industrial product makers, and our business has grown as a result. We are now also actively expanding and doing business in Asian and European countries.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We started a design-merchandise group for developing new products in 2012. Our sales/technical staff visit customers to explain our products in response to inquiries for new products and business. We have staff proficient in English in order to handle inquiries from other countries.

We are the only maker exclusively manufacturing scrowave springs in Japan.
