We offer integrated production of large and small pressed parts from molding to assembly.

Our mainline business is to design and create molds from single-press to progressive, as well as jigs and tools. We handle everything from sheet working, sheet metal working, welding, lathing, machining, and wire cut EDM to the assembly and attachment of small and large products. We are flexible enough to handle processing from mass production to high-mix low-volume production. We create trial molds within the company and even carry out speedy adjustment and corrections. Our fiber-laser composite cutting machine enables high-precision machining even for materials such as copper, brass, and titanium for which machining used to be limited. This has become a new power driving our company.

Machining capabilities at the major company level, and flexible production mobility

Our company possesses a total of 10 large machines including five-face processing equipment, a total of 60 medium-sized machining centers for precision machining, 40 lathes, 17 milling machines, 19 grinders, two rolling machines, 45 drilling machines, and a total of nine other units including polishing machines. We also have a total of 40 press machines including a 400-ton press machine, and a total of 49 can manufacturing machines including a fiber laser punching machine. We possess two coating devices, and a total of 89 welding machines including a fiber laser welding machine. Our other equipment includes a total of 40 measuring machines, with four 3D measuring instruments. We can handle large processing (we accept cast products), large machine assembly, precision machining (we accept measuring instruments), can manufacturing, special material processing, and coating.

Our company has acquired a unified qualification for every government ministry and agency to participate in open (selective) bidding for article manufacturing and sales to each ministry or agency.

Our company has over 50 years of history and features integrated production from mold design and creation to assembly. We have sufficient experience in assembly and machining to handle processing from mass production to high-mix low-volume production. In our build-to-order mold production we create a trial mold within the company and make adjustments and corrections in a short period of time. We meet customer needs with our motto of "Production Technology as Speed." Our fiber laser composite cutting machine (LC2512C1AJ) requires no gas for laser oscillation. This saves energy and enables high-precision machining even for materials such as copper, brass, and titanium for which machining used to be limited.

We design and create molds as well as jigs and tools. Our integrated production system covers from sheet working, sheet metal working, welding, lathing, machining, and wire cut EDM to the assembly and attachment of small and large products. We support iron and SUS sheet metal working from thickness 0.5 to 9.0 and laser machining up to thickness 25. We mainly manufacture parts and covers for agricultural machines and tools, construction machines, and printing machines. We can create large molds up to 1100 × 1800 (thickness 0.5 to 6.0) by using a 400-ton press machine. Our company machines and assembles products by manual welding and robot welding (CO2 and TIG) in processing from mass production to high-mix low-volume production.
