We manufacture and sell forged products ranging from transportation equipment and machine tools to golf iron heads

Our company mainly manufactures and sells various forged parts for automobile engines and driving parts that are expected to be strong and durable. We also apply our unique forging technology to manufacture golf iron heads and other forged products for rolling stock, agricultural machines, construction machines, and machine tools. We possess technologies for various kinds of forging such as precision hot/warm forging, closed forging, and backward extrusion forging. We handle materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel. Backward extrusion is an applied form of hot extrusion. We make use of the backward extrusion method to mass-produce products by deep-hole forging to reduce costs. Our company manufactures forged parts by making use of precision forging technology under an integrated production system from mold design and manufacturing to forging.
