[Company Strengths]
Mold quality is said to determine the quality of forged products. We have been keeping this in mind since our company’s establishment. Our company constructed a mold factory on-site and we have an in-house integrated production system from mold design and manufacturing to forging, thermal treatment, and inspection. We use CAD/CAM and CAE analysis systems for mold design to optimize mold designs and increase development speed. We are now setting up an environment capable of satisfying customer needs about quality and cost, including lead time. Our company possesses three-quarter to five-ton hammers, 430 to 630-ton cold/warm precision presses, 1,600 to 2,000-ton forging presses, and 2000-ton full-automatic presses. We can manufacture products by forging in a wide range of weights from 0.5 to 25 kg.

Our company manufactures and sells various forged parts for automobile engines and driving parts that are expected to be strong and durable. We also apply our unique forging technology to manufacture golf iron heads and other forged products for rolling stock, agricultural machines, construction machines, and machine tools.

[Product and Technical Strengths]
Our company possesses technologies for various kinds of forging such as precision hot/warm forging, closed forging, and backward extrusion forging. We handle materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel. Backward extrusion is an applied form of hot extrusion. We make use of the backward extrusion method to mass-produce products by deep-hole forging to improve yield, shorten processing time, and reduce total cost. We combine integrated processing from mold design and manufacturing to forging with the latest technology and craftsmanship to manufacture parts using precision forging technology.

Forged products feature strength, rigidity, and toughness. They are used in various fields such as automobiles, industrial machines, and rolling stock. Our company hopes to support the foundations of all industries by passing down traditional forging technologies and always proceeding with technical innovation. We aim to cultivate new markets and the field of forging difficult-to-machine materials by making use of our strengths in backward extrusion method forging technology and precision forging technology.

[Company Structure for Market Cultivation and Overseas Expansion]
We will strengthen our current sales system to cultivate markets in Japan. We will cultivate new markets with support from our engineering department about technical issues. We will satisfy overseas demand by exports for the time being. We are now considering overseas business expansion in the near future. We are planning an early feasibility study about candidate sites for our advance overseas.

[Joint Research and Development]
Our company is conducting joint R&D with Hiroshima Prefectural Technology Research Institute to establish technology for forging next-generation golf iron heads by combining with light metal (Mg). This technology will also improve operability and vibration damping.
