We manufacture products from vacuum containers used in the fields of medical treatment and aerospace to wheelchairs.

We are developing our business with a focus on three business fields: vacuum equipment, electronic equipment, and welfare equipment. Our vacuum equipment business mainly involves manufacturing vacuum containers, which are used in the manufacturing divisions of cutting-edge technology industries. These include semiconductors, liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, coating equipment, vacuum industrial furnaces, and articles for medical treatment and aerospace. In our electronic equipment business we manufacture continuity inspection jigs and jigs for plating printed circuit boards and so on. We focus on hole-filling processes in manufacturing steps for printed circuit boards. In our welfare equipment business we develop wheelchairs equipped with tilt reclining. We also conduct consignment manufacturing under OEM contracts.
