We manufacture important parts, covering the range from small to large parts including four-wheeled vehicle parts such as aluminum wheels, frame parts, engine parts, brake parts, and suspension parts and two-wheeled vehicle parts such as frame parts, engine parts, and suspension parts. We can support orders across the entire range, from small lot productions to large lot production of over 100 thousand and deliver parts other than transportation equipment parts. We can manufacture casings with high casting surface and dimensional precisions and deal with moldings of complicated shapes using cores with respect to tilting type gravity castings, which is our main production scheme. A turntable system where multiple casting machines are disposed on a circular table ensures high efficiency and we can provide high-mix small-lot production.

We can manufacture products that have excellent mechanical properties in combination with heat treatment. We can also handle the molding of complicated shapes using cores. Furthermore, we are able to achieve an efficient cycle by adopting the turntable type system where multiple casting machines are processed on a circular table, and we can provide high-mix small-lot production. [Business description] We are involved in the flexible and timely manufacture of various important safety related parts for automobiles and motorcycles. These cover a range from small to large parts including four-wheeled vehicle parts such as aluminum wheels, frame parts, engine parts, brake parts, and suspension parts, and two-wheeled vehicle parts such as frame parts, engine parts, and suspension parts. These are all on either a small lot basis or on a large lot basis of over 100 thousand per month. We also have a proven track record of delivery in fields other than the transportation equipment field. [Industry] Manufacturing of aluminum wheels and non-ferrous metal automotive parts [Strength of products/technologies] We can propose aluminum wheel products obtained by making the best use of the degree of freedom of design and multifaceted surface treatments that are the advantages of the gravity casting while responding to a broad range of needs in terms of strength, lightweight, design, etc. We can provide high-mix small-lot production for automotive parts by adopting the turntable structure. [Representative's message] We have manufactured aluminum castings since our establishment in 1950. The sale of aluminum wheels, in particular, accounts for 70% of our sales and the aluminum wheels contribute to a weight reduction in automobiles. We exclusively employ the tilting type gravity casting method in manufacturing processes and realize one-piece flow production with compact molds and equipment. Our headquarters is located in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. We launched our global development in 1993. Our current overseas locations include those in mainland China, Thailand, and India. We work as one team and work in unison to be able to respond to a broad range of customer demands.
