We are a dedicated machine tool manufacturer established in 1955. Our main line of business is the manufacture and sales of ultrahigh precision CNC lathes, precision CNC turning centers, NC loader systems, stocker devices, and other equipment. Our customers include major Japanese manufacturers such as Denso, Aisan Industry, Nikon, and Panasonic. We have also done business with overseas companies such as Bosch, BorgWarner, British Aerospace, and Seagate. We have an integrated production system that covers all processes from design to parts production, assembly, and setup, which allows us to meet a wide range of customer needs, resulting in expanded operations. [Product description] Features a high-speed/high-precision built-in AC motor headstock The NC loader system allows for continuous high-precision machining for a long duration. The loader is suitable for machining of various high-precision parts, such as precision auto parts, and HDD motors. The comb blade can be used for a wide range of applications. The headstock and the headstock base: These are housed in a sturdy box structure. Heat from the built-in AC spindle motor is reduced by a cooling device, and the headstock interior is cooled by air purging. Since the temperature of the headstock is controlled at 5°C at 8,000 min−1 (max), any error in the processed dimensions from the thermal displacement of the headstock is minimized. The headstock base is divided into X-axis and Z-axis slides, and is not affected by the sliding motion. The X-axis/Z-axis sliding blade base: This is housed in a highly rigid, precision arigata structure. Sliding parts and ball screws’ nut parts are automatically lubricated. The ball screws are high-precision grade, and a tension structure is adopted as a countermeasure against heat generation from the ball.
