[Company strength]
We specialize in manufacturing small precision molded products made of both rubber and plastic materials. Our company provides thin precision molded products that are only available from several companies in Japan and not overseas. We design and create precision molds by making the most of our fine processing technology. We provide high-quality, reliable products by carrying out high-level manufacturing under an integrated production system, production management using our unique barcodes, and achievement-proven molding technology and quality management power. Our production capacity is in the top rank in Japan (injection molding machines: 120 units; rubber pressing machines: 43 units). This is sufficient to flexibly satisfy customer requests.

Our corporate history began with manufacturing rubber molded products. We have been extending our business on the basis of our unique development technology and management power while meeting the needs of the times and society. We now supply reliable high-quality precision molded parts to various fields under an integrated production system from mold creation to molding for both rubber and plastics.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company started out in plastic molding by manufacturing parts for small motors. We now make use of plastic molding to manufacture various critical parts such as micro switches and narrow-pitch connectors. We have a large share of the market for thin-wall molded parts for industrial motors, and we continuously trade in connectors with manufacturers. Our company has been molding various rubber materials since its establishment (fluorine, silicone, EPDM, NBR, CR, etc.). Our rubber molded products include gaskets that are resistant to vibration, water, dust, and oil, as well as caps and bellows-shaped parts, including insert-molding parts combining metal and resin. We support all kinds of press molding.

Japan is experiencing the hollowing-out of its manufacturing industry, but our company is sticking to the made-in-Japan approach. We are promoting the development of new markets for rubber and plastic products in the fields of automobiles, daily necessities, and medical care. This is based on the precision small-product molding technology we have been accumulating for many years under our unique production management and quality assurance systems.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We opened a Kanto region sales office in Tokyo for sales channel development in Japan, and we are receiving sales assistance from a group company in Osaka. The mold manufacturing division is vital to a molding manufacturer. Our company has enabled a quick response system by incorporating this division into our sales division to reflect customer requests in our molds and products. The ratio of logistics costs is small because our products are small and lightweight. This is why we manufacture products in Japan and deliver parts with the best QSD to our customers’ overseas factories.

Our market share is No. 1 or No. 2 for our main customers. Our market share for insulators for industrial motor manufacturers is 95%.
