Our company has manufactured ultra-hard, ultra-high-precision custom-made items for smartphones, automobiles, and auto parts. Our specialty field is precision machining of ultra-hard-alloys. We use various machining tools to deal with a wide range of products, including those with round and sheet-like shapes. We can also make suggestions for extending the service life of dies and key components of equipment. Our strength lies in precision machining of ultra-hard alloys. We possess an extensive lineup of machining tools (62 grinding machines, 7 EDM machines, 14 wire cut EDM machines, and 30 other cutting machines). This enables us to deal with a wide range of products, whether they are round or planar. Lots can be as small as a single piece, so you can consult us on any issues, such as parts improvement, optimal materials, and so on. We have material and machining departments, so we can offer competitive pricing and delivery. We can also offer stress analysis using the finite element method. We have an established system for project management (from order receipt to shipment), productivity enhancement, and quality and delivery control.

We are a manufacturer and distributor of ultra-hard-alloy materials, precision die parts, machine parts, precision progressive dies, and various industrial spray nozzles. Our company manufactures custom-made items for automobile manufacturers and their affiliated manufacturers. Many of the items we deal with are individually designed and manufactured. Our ultra-hard-alloy products are manufactured in-house, under an integrated production system that covers all processes from material mixing and sintering to precision machining and die design and manufacturing. We cooperate with our customers and respond to various needs by making use of the technologies we have accumulated in the fields of materials, machining, and die manufacturing. We continuously develop technologies in these fields to deliver optimal products to every customer. 


[Strength of products/technologies]
Our ultra-hard-alloy parts are used by our customer manufacturers as key components, so they must have ultra-high precision. We can offer micron-level precision (±0.001 mm), and our blade-tip chipping is within 0.01 × 0.02 mm. There are 23 materials to choose from with our original formula. The machining time and price are lowered by using near-net molding (allowance on one side is 0.2 to 0.4 mm). Our company excels at making laminated dies for motor cores, and precision dies for sheet metal. The laminated sheet can be as thin as 0.2 mm. Having three departments allows us to retain competitive advantages in quality, price, delivery, and responsiveness.

Our company carries out nationwide sales activities in Japan, including our HQ plant and our Kobe sales office. Our customers are located in central Japan as well as the Shikoku and Kyushu regions. We can deliver and repair necessary key production components, and support our customers’ overseas plants. We have an internal framework for supporting customers, including receiving product drawings and registering them in our system, and managing manufacturing processes, delivery dates, shipping and arrival.
