Our company was established in 1921. We manufacture and sell sintering refractories used to produce ceramics and sintered metals in furnaces. We have recorded Japan's top output of electric heating refractories. We now adapt the refractory manufacturing know-how we have accumulated over many years to the requirements of the times to manufacture user-requested products in high-mix low-volume production. Our in-house rack sintering system has improved aeration, stabilized quality, and improved yield compared with the conventional loading method. Our sintering system can satisfy requested specifications for environmental friendliness.

We manufacture all products by made-to-order production, and excel at manufacturing products that satisfy customer requests in high-mix low-volume production. We deliver our products to Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, India, and the Philippines through a sole agency.

[Business Description]
Our company initiated business in 1921 in Seto-shi, which is famous for Setomono crockery. We have recorded Japan’s top output of electric heating refractories. We have been expanding business ever since according to the needs of the times. We manufacture and sell sintering refractories used to produce ceramics and sintered metals in furnaces. We sell quartz parts, carbon products, sintering furnaces, heaters, and thermocouples to all kinds of users as a fabless manufacturer. Our company newly launched a food division last year and has been selling premium olive oil since then.

[Product and Technical Strengths]
We manufacture products only from raw materials mixed within our company by pressing, casting, and vibration casting. Here we present examples of our ceramic tools.

Alumina refractories: You can select an optimal unit from a lineup of materials that satisfy various needs from high-purity alumina materials to new spalling materials with excellent thermal shock resistance. 

Zirconia refractories: We provide a series of products successfully 100% stabilized and also support zirconia coating as well. We can provide optimal sintering conditions in combination with alumina.

Mesh aeration setters: The area of contact with a product (workpiece) is minimized and the aeration shape improves the no-binder effect.
