[Company strength]
Founded in 1968, our company is a manufacturer of nameplates, precision metal sheet products, etc., and has bases in Yokohama and Nagano. We have established an integrated in-house production system covering everything from design to assembly and electrical wiring. We have a business network of more than 180 companies in machining, packing fabrication, etc., and our customers appreciate the convenience of not having to handle the procurement themselves. We have established a quality control system including ISO 9001 certification to provide high-quality products that earn our customers’ trust.

[Business description]
Our company is engaged in precision metal sheet working, mechanism design support, nameplate fabrication (silk/offset printing, labels, anodizing, etching, and prepress), rubber/sponge working, machining, and other services. We handle all orders ranging from low-volume fabrication for development models to mass production. We also manufacture products developed in-house (racks and lift devices) derived from our own technologies.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We regularly introduce the latest machines for precision metal sheet working, thus building one of the best lineups in the industry, to improve productivity, maximize cost performance, and provide high-quality products. In addition, we incorporate painting and printing into the in-house production process to deliver better QCD than other companies in the same field. It is rare in Japan to manufacture both metal sheet parts and nameplates, which allows us to provide products with high dimensional accuracy.

[Representative's message]
Our company, which celebrates its 48th anniversary this year, has more than 150 employees, and will continue growing from a small factory to a large enterprise. As the business environment remains difficult and requires ever-greater speed, simply maintaining the status quo will result in retreat and redundancy. Thus, we make every effort to establish a solid structure to survive as a company that is valued by its customers as well as its employees. We will continue our mission while maintaining the customers’ viewpoint.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our six sales staff and three engineering sales staff are developing potential customers in the Kanto region, particularly in Kanagawa Prefecture. The engineering sales staff serve as both design engineers and sales reps, and thus are able to submit detailed proposals to customers, even in the negotiation stage, to fully use our integrated production system, which is one of our advantages. We will develop new sales channels through, for example, business conferences held by support institutions.
