Our company procures materials and manufactures products by CNC lathing, MC processing, automatic turning, and high-precision grinding under an integrated production system with more than 40 units of equipment. We also take on exterior processing and hardening orders.

Our main business is metal machining. We manufacture products mainly by cutting and grinding. Our products are precision parts around spindles for machine tool manufacturers, parts for optical machine manufacturers, and aircraft parts. We manufacture products by CNC lathing, MC processing, automatic turning, and high-precision grinding. We even take on exterior processing and hardening orders.

[Product and Technical Strengths]
We manufacture products from iron, aluminum, stainless steel, casting, titanium, and Duracon. Our company procures materials and manufactures products by CNC lathing, MC processing, automatic turning, and high-precision grinding under an integrated production system with more than 40 units of equipment. We also take on orders for exterior processing, hardening, SUS630 precipitation hardening treatment, and A7075 grinding. We can machine items from small to as large as 15 inches in diameter. Our company is equipped with a normal temperature room. We have three vertical grinders and one JTEKT grinder and are ready for internal and external grinding with micron-order high-precision (micron: 1/1000 mm) in terms of concentricity and so on.

Our company has been in the metal machining industry for many years and takes on orders mainly for machine tools and optical measurement parts. We have started to receive orders for aircraft parts and are now promoting sales to obtain more orders. Our company acquired JIS Q 9100 certification in March 2017. We will actively participate in exhibitions including those related to aircraft to expand our markets.

[Company Structure for Market Cultivation and Overseas Expansion]
Our company has 10 employees for manufacturing and customer transactions. A total of 12 staff members including the president and the vice president are promoting sales. These staff members are in charge of everything from sales, material procurement, and machining to quality management and delivery. They can smoothly deal with customers because they know the business flow of our company. All our staff can always check the latest information regarding drawing management and customer information, which is shared in their personal computers. They report the current company situation, direction, and issues at weekly meetings, and also propose improvement measures. This is how they are all competent as sales reps. We actively participate in exhibitions and catch the attention of visitors, which is how we have often started doing business with major companies. The president personally acquires new customers as the top sales rep, then our employees take over and expand the business. This is producing a virtuous cycle of business.
