[Company Strengths]
Our company mainly manufactures products by casting. We manufacture a wide range of small products in large quantities or large products in small quantities even though the materials are different. We mainly handle large pig-iron cast products with a unit weight up to about 20 tons. We have a track record of applying our technologies to the fields of iron-making, machine tools, valves, compressors, ships, and electric power. We mainly use lost-wax precision casting to manufacture small articles with a unit weight from 5 g to 2 kg. We have a track record of lost-wax precision casting for the automobile, sanitary, and general industrial machinery fields. We can satisfy customer delivery and quality requests with the close linkage between our sales, manufacturing, and quality management divisions.

[Business Description]
Our company was established as an integrated factory for manufacturing and machining cast products. We have been satisfying needs in various industries since our establishment, and expanding our business to large and advanced pig-iron cast products. These are made of ductile cast iron, heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant cast iron, and tough cast iron. We now manufacture even small parts by precision casting using the lost wax method. Our machine factory is equipped with large machine tools for in-house processing. These machine tools include turning machines, vertical lathes, long lathes, double-column machining centers, five-face processing machines, and horizontal boring machines.

We can manufacture and machine materials for pig-iron cast products under an integrated production system. We can manufacture products with a unit weight from 1 to 20 tons. We can use lost-wax precision casting to manufacture products with a unit weight from 5 g to 2 kg, in small to large quantities up to tens of thousands. We manufacture products from materials such as stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, and iron. We can satisfy a wide range of orders from prototyping to mass production. We basically handle manufacturing from materials to products under an integrated production system at our factory in Japan, so we can stably provide products with inspection and quality management.
