[Company strength]
Our company handles many cases of surface treatment and implements a couple of new production lines a year. Our advanced technical development allows us to provide highly satisfactory products (high quality and low cost) and services with assured quality in a timely manner. We develop chemicals that satisfy customer needs and accomplish surface treatment with quick turnarounds. Products we treated are at work in a wide range of fields from motorbikes and automobiles to semiconductor devices, electronic parts, and aircraft equipment.

[Business description]
Our company provides plating, alumite, chemical conversion treatment, and electrolytic polishing. We handle electroless Ni (Ni-p, Ni-B, Ni-Teflon, Ni-diamond), alumite (general, hard, crackless, treated with oxalic acid, colored, satin-finished), electrolytically polished Al SUS (mirror-finished, deburred, functional), and chemical polishing. We also deal with trivalent and hexavalent zinc (bright chromate conversion coating, chromate, black), chrome (hard, decorative, black), nickel (super-glossy, glossy, semi-glossy), precious metals (gold, silver, rhodium), and tin. In our machining and thermal treatment business we perform precision machining and thermal treatment of semiconductors and their related devices.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We support difficult Ni-Sn surface treatment of microchips by developing treatment liquids that satisfy our customers’ coating requests. We successfully developed a lead-free processing technology for gold plating of electronic boards. We developed a highly corrosion-resistant composite coating (Micro Tect V2), which is resistant to seawater and at least 20 times stronger than stainless steel. We have also established a new fully automatic anodization (alumite) technology to enable chemical polishing and electrolytic coloring.

Our goal is to be a global company based in Miyazaki that is acceptable to the world. We will achieve this by committing ourselves to quality improvement and development, cultivating human resources, and creating an environment where these human resources can be utilized.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We exhibit our products about three times a year at large-scale exhibitions held at Tokyo Big Sight. We participate in an exhibition and trade fair held every year at an automobile manufacturer’s site. We also participate in trade fairs held in other parts of the Kanto region. Our company is now considering opening a sales office in Tokyo. We are developing sales channels for surface treatment for electronic devices to serve overseas users.

[Market share/Ranking]
We have a 100% share of special alumite treatment for the aluminum swing arms of large motorbikes made by two major manufacturers in Japan.

[Joint research and development]
We developed antibacterial plating for medical equipment with related universities. We also developed barrel plating for electronic devices with Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute.
