Constant-volume liquid dispensers with a unique simple and fault-free structure

Our company manufactures constant-volume liquid dispensers by using micro-gear pumps with original structures. We support trace coating by mixing two-component adhesives, such as epoxy resin and urethane resin. We can also support automatic dispensing in combination with robots. The pump rotation angle is accurately proportional to the dispensed amount. The dispensed amount hardly varies with temperature or viscosity, so stable high-precision dispensing can last for a long time. The simple structures mean that the dispensers do not often fail and have many features, such as reliability, maintainability, and economy in terms of production management.

Our two-component mixing and dispensing equipment is a constant-volume liquid dispenser using a micro-gear pump. The pump rotation angle and the dispensed amount are accurately proportional to each other, so the dispensed amount is hardly affected by temperature or viscosity. Our two-component mixing and dispensing equipment can stably continue high-precision dispensing for a long time. The dispenser has a track record of dispensing very small amounts of two-component adhesives, automating dispensing, and reducing costs. The simple structure means that the dispenser is resistant against failures and has many production management features, such as high reliability, maintainability, and economic efficiency.
