[Company strength]
We emphasize a customer-oriented approach for all plastic molding issues. We can offer various services from development to after-sales services and maintenance from the customer’s perspective. Providing the desired products in a better way than expected is a worthwhile and fulfilling experience for us, and this mindset is the source of our strength. More than 30 years have passed since our establishment, and our group still promotes mechatronics-based Monozukuri craftsmanship. Our customers gain great satisfaction from this attitude together with our dedication to problem-solving without just providing what we are already good at. We also have production sites in both Japan and China, which has realized greater flexibility in supplying products.

[Business description]
Our company manufactures and sells labor-saving machinery and provides system engineering services in the field of plastic molding. Our company particularly excels at molding processes for receiving equipment for plastic materials. This business mainly covers equipment used in processes prior to molding, such as storage, transportation, drying, combining, mixing, supplying, and foreign matter removal. We also develop and provide made-to-order machines. These include wrapping machines that control output from an extrusion molding machine, as well as boxing machines that put wrapped objects in a box. This is how we are contributing to the plastic industry in various ways.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our main products are weight mixers for blending plastic raw materials. We have accumulated technology and created an extensive product lineup to cater to a wide range of use conditions. We recently released a new product that introduced compactification and modularization with a high cycle. It has top-of-class functionality both in terms of the number of mixing items and its processing capacity. We have also established a comprehensive, one-stop solution to meet a wide range of customer needs, covering from development, manufacturing, and installation to maintenance. This applies to all of our machinery, including our automatic outer wrapping machine for bag products, and our boxing machine for wrapped products.

We have developed various devices to solve customer problems. Most manufacturers now try to have as many high-yield system products as possible in their product lineup, but our company is actively engaged in customization, and we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our core technology involves plastic product weighing, mixing, transporting, and wrapping. I hope to actively apply these technologies to other fields. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our group has focused on expanding its presence in plastic markets mainly in Japan, China, and Korea, but we intend to cultivate markets other than plastics. There is also an urgent need for continuing expansion in Southeast Asia. We do not have a group company in Southeast Asia, but we are looking for ways to forge partnerships with local companies, with the aim of expanding in the region. Actual sales transactions will be conducted by one of our group companies. We can provide flexible arrangements by making use of both production sites in Japan and China.
