[Company strength]
We support all processes ranging from trial manufacture to mass production by utilizing our more than 40 years worth of techniques and know-how. We have more than 40 furnaces in total for heat treatment at three factories in Kanagawa, Tochigi and Niigata Prefectures. We also own the largest vacuum furnace (1340W x 2050L x 900H) in Japan. For coating, we have seven PVD (PACVD) devices of two different types, and can suggest and process thin films, including DLC, in accordance with customers’ requirements. Our sputtering device in particular is the largest (900 x 1500L) in this industry. Also, we have four kinds of thermal spraying devices and can suggest and provide thermal sprayed films in accordance with uses requirements.  

[Business description]
We heat treat and surface treat consigned metal products, parts and raw materials provided by customers from various fields including automobiles, two-wheeled vehicles, aerospace, medical treatment, industrial equipment, living ware, and energy. We implement vacuum/atmosphere heat treatment, as well as quenching, tempering, various kinds of annealing (solid solution, straightening and magnetism), precipitation hardening heat treatment, etc. We also carry out bonding using techniques including brazing and diffusion bonding and we have the facilities for the abovementioned treatments. We carry out dry coating with diamond-like carbon (DLC) and thermal spraying for surface treatment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Heat treatment processing: 
We select the most suitable furnace, based on non-oxidation, from our array (vacuum, atmosphere, belt-type continuous furnaces, etc.). The work is carried out by our group of 70 excellent technical and highly skilled workers.
Bonding:
We process iron, various kinds of steel, SUS, copper etc., using the most suitable brazing material (such as gold, silver, copper or Ni brazing filler metals). We can braze different kinds of metal as well as complicated shapes. We can also carry out diffusion bonding.
Coating:
We provide many kinds of functional films, including DLC films, for various usages and environments using our AIP and UBM devices. Our DLC films have the highest level of quality and adhesiveness in Japan.
Thermal spraying:
Our processing capability and quality system for electric arc, flame, plasma and HVOF spraying conform to aeronautical standards and can also perform integrated processing with heat treatment.

We offer “external processes” to meet our customers’ needs including heat treatment using a vacuum furnace, thin film coating such as DLC coating, and surface improvement by metal/ceramics thermal spraying. We have cultivated our quality system through our special process (heat treatment) from years of experience. We focus on bringing out functions and characteristics of parts requiring strict management, in addition to facility and process guarantees. The combination of management and technique is our greatest strength. Please consult us about characteristics or functions that you require but conventional methods have failed to provide. We will be glad to cooperate with you on finding a solution that works best for you. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We develop our business through our main business department. We assign staff from the business department to each factory and Nagoya business office, and they serve our customers and other inquiries. We also respond to Internet inquires through our Web site. Staff at the technology division and the manufacturing division also respond to technical consultations, and visit clients for consultations as necessary. We actively participate in exhibitions and various consultation meetings to develop the market. The overseas business development department works hard to expand the business abroad.
