Our company has been manufacturing various large structural parts for ships and machines since its establishment in 1947. We initiated our own brand U-tec in 1987, and started to design and manufacture hydraulic press machines and peripherals. We also initiated integrated production of various large equipment and machinery. We apply precision machining technologies to manufacture super-large structures and machine tool bases by handling can manufacturing, cutting, grinding, and assembly ourselves. We can make use of cutting processing to manufacture super-large parts up to 8 m by 3.7 m by 1.95 m. We have achieved machining precision of 10 microns per square meter in planeness on a large base over 4 m and satisfy requirements for machine bases with high-precision machining technology.

We can weld, machine, and assemble super-large parts under an integrated production system.
*Our company is ready to manufacture large parts with many units of large processing equipment, weld plates (7 m by 3 m), and so on. Our stock of large processing equipment includes an overhead crane (30 tons), large five-face processing machine (8 m by 3.7 m by 1.95 m), and large vertical lathe (diameter 6,700).
Our company manufactures hydraulic press machines and peripheral machinery and devices as in-house products under the "U-tec" brand name. This is how we can also design various kinds of large machinery and devices, and manufacture and assemble parts on consignment. Our factories in China and Thailand can also manufacture large parts, and design and manufacture large machinery and devices.
Our factory in Thailand can maintain and replace various kinds of existing machinery and equipment.

[Company Structure for Market Cultivation and Overseas Expansion] 
Five domestic sales staff and two overseas sales staff handle sales activities in Japan and abroad to receive orders for large parts, devices, and precision part assembly devices. Our company established a factory in Dalian, China in 2004 to expand business overseas, and we manufacture beds for various machines and devices with mass-production and in-house hydraulic press machines. We deliver these products directly to customers in Japan and China. Our company established a factory in Thailand in 2012. We deliver large parts and press machines as well as assembly machines for precision parts directly to Japanese customers in Thailand and ASEAN countries.
