We produce attractive housings by means of precision metal sheet working, UV printing, etc. in an integrated production system.

We have expanded the scope of our manufacturing from precision metal sheet working to metal baking coating, screen printing, UV printing, and assembly. We have established an integrated production system including design, metal sheet processing, welding, surface treatment, and assembly, all of which are carried out in-house. We can quickly provide attractive, high-quality products that are decorated by using cutting-edge printing apparatus and printing/coating technologies. We are skilled at fabricating housings made of thin metal sheets of a thickness of 0.4-3.2 mm. We provide fitting-structure housings without any play by applying our high-precision metal sheet processing technology with an accuracy of better than 0.1 mm. We have developed inkjet UV printing on a painted metal sheet surface by means of our unique method, which was conventionally difficult to achieve.

[Company strength]
We provide high-quality products with short lead times manufactured in our integrated production system including design, metal sheet processing, welding, surface treatment, and assembly, all of which are carried out in-house by utilizing our know-how of precision metal sheet working. We also provide attractive products decorated by using cutting-edge printing apparatus and printing/coating technologies. We divide the period from order reception to delivery into three stages: “fabrication control”, “production”, and “inspection”, each of which is operated by a specific management method, to win trust from customers.

[Business description]
Our company has been engaging in precision metal sheet processing for more than 50 years since the company was founded in 1966, including the period under our previous company name of Aizawa Tekko. On the basis of this experience, we have been providing unique equipment and apparatus in the fields of inspection, medical and welfare, audio, etc. under an integrated production system from design to fabrication in the last decade or so. In addition to metal baking coating, several years ago we installed screen printing apparatus and UV printing apparatus for label printing and color photographic printing on the surface of metal-sheet housings.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We excel at fabricating housings made of thin metal sheets of a thickness of 0.4-3.2 mm and precise metal sheet parts of a size up to 600 mm square. We have more than 50 years of experience in metal sheet working, and have developed high-precision metal sheet processing technology with an accuracy of better than 0.1 mm, with which we can fabricate fitting-structure housings without any play. We also perform inkjet UV printing on painted metal sheet surfaces by means of our unique method, which was conventionally difficult to achieve.

Our company’s strength is an integrated production system including design, development, metal sheet working, painting, printing, and assembly/wiring, all of which are carried out in a single plant. Namely, we can respond to customers’ needs with a good lead time, cost, quality, environmental properties, and sincerity. “Challenge to Change” is our slogan. We never say we cannot make something. Recently, we have been developing and producing in-house products, for example, pulverizing equipment, physical and chemical appliances, and medical equipment.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
All of our staff take the initiative and make great efforts to meet the needs of customers. The president and one person from the Production Engineering Group handle inquiries from major companies. Two staff from the Technology Department are in charge of responding to technical inquiries, and, if necessary, visit customers for direct discussions to solve problems.
