We manufacture lost wax-cast products and sand cast-products from special alloys such as heat-resistant steel and wear-resistant steel. We can do casting using our own unique formulations according to usage, in products that require high strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, such as nickel, cobalt and titanium. We make the most of our many years of experience with advanced melting technology and various melting equipment to manufacture small lots of ingots, including for research and development purposes. In addition, we can also melt highly active alkaline earth metals and alloy ingots containing large amounts (approximately 50%) of rare earth alloys.

We have equipment that supports high-mix, low-volume production. We have employees with ample experience who specialize in fields such as melting, molding and finishing, mainly using our two high-frequency atmospheric furnaces, four high-frequency vacuum melting furnaces, and induction skull furnace, as well as two atmospheric heat treatment furnaces and a vacuum heat treatment furnace. In addition to graphite crucibles, we use lime crucibles that we manufacture in-house to be able to melt high-melting point and active metals at a low cost. With a president who has a PhD in the materials processing field, a senior managing director who is second to none in solving problems and has many years of experience in casting planning, and a production director with an expertise and experience with respect to the process of melting, we respond to customer orders.

[Strengths of our products/technologies]
We can perform not only melting and casting of nickel alloys, cobalt alloys, and titanium alloys, but we can also melt metal ingots that contain a large quantity (approximately 50%) of highly active alkaline earth metals and rare earth alloys. In addition, regarding impellers for stainless cast steel pumps, ceramic shell cores can be manufactured in-house; therefore, port widths of up to 4 mm can be manufactured. Furthermore, we can also manufacture pump impellers for special purposes with two-stage ports.
