[Company strength]
We focus on Monozukuri craftsmanship based on the technology and experience we have been accumulating for 30 years. We have contributed to the development of our customers’ businesses by making use of our power to produce product applications in planning, design, and automatic control. We have an extensive track record as a manufacturer of production and inspection equipment for semiconductors, electronic parts, atomic energy, and so on, and articles related to lithium ion batteries.

[Business description]
We develop and manufacture production and inspection equipment and provide machine part processing in fields including electronic parts, automobiles, and medical treatment. We handle equipment related to lithium-ion battery charging/discharging. We also provide processing of high-precision parts as well as complex, precision parts using 3D CAD. Our company can handle medium-volume production, lot part processing, consignment product development, and OEM production.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has been building up a track record with inspection equipment related to lithium-ion battery charging/discharging since the start of product development. This was done in cooperation with our engineering partner company and the battery manufacturer. We have in-house design and processing units, so we can conduct integrated manufacturing from proposals to design and production, installation, and maintenance. This is how we can fully satisfy customer requests. The jigs and pallets used in our equipment are designed by designers who have full knowledge of the equipment, which results in improved operating rates.

We have been consistently involved in Monozukuri craftsmanship since our foundation in 1985. We contribute to the growth of our customer companies by combining R&D with the know-how and technology we have accumulated through our many years of experience. We hope to continue to contribute to society with technology that was established by studies conducted by our staff. Our goal is to create a society that is friendly to people and the environment through the development of enterprises. We also aim to advance technology development in the general engineering field based on the experience we have accumulated to date. We also want to focus on overseas expansion, which is an inevitable theme for our survival as a Japanese Monozukuri craftsmanship enterprise.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are now at the stage where our representative actively participates in overseas exhibitions and business meetings, and we are exploring solutions for establishing our future corporate system. We are also aiming to cultivate overseas markets and overseas procurement. We are now taking on the challenge of various problems. This includes how to deal with troublesome issues such as separate equipment with complicated contents, single-item parts, and so on. We are also deciding how to advance communication regardless of language, culture, and habits.
