We conduct consignment development of electronic equipment that applies electronic circuits, embedded software, sensors, and radio wave technology. We have advantages in electronic and electric equipment development and mass production. We have handled various products such as low-power radio equipment, control systems for bait feeders, and hearing aid substrates for university laboratories. We can handle all matters necessary for merchandise development including product planning, specification creation, product design, design, trial manufacturing, design verification, and reliability testing, as well as mass production. We can also conduct mass production based exactly on the specifications shown by the customer. We have particular advantages in electronic circuit development, embedded software development, development covering from product design to housing development, and mechanism development. These include digital circuit development (such as microcomputers and peripheral circuits) and analog circuit development (such as radio equipment, minute signal amplifiers, and motor control circuits). This service also extends to embedded software development and mechanism development (such as housings and driving mechanisms). Examples of products we have developed include OEM production of specified low-power radio equipment for disaster prevention (from specification creation to mass production). We have handled from design to mass production of control systems for bait feeders, outdoor housings for disaster protection, and plastic greenhouse skylight opening/closing equipment. We have handled from design to trial manufacturing only for air conditioner control equipment on a building roof, jigs for camera inspection, and amplification wave-forming substrates of photo-multipliers. We have also handled design only for hearing-aid substrates for university laboratories and embedded software development, and food processing plant conveyors (screws and modular belts). [Representative's message] We mainly conduct sales in Miyazaki and Kagoshima Prefectures, which are close to our company, because of our limitations in terms of staff and cost. Our company focuses on consignment development of electronic equipment, OEM development, and mass production, so the market in the Kyushu region is insufficient in terms of the number of orders. We think that it is necessary for us to receive orders from outside the Kyushu region in order to make full use of our advantageous technologies. These technologies are applicable to the development and mass production of electronic equipment such as sensors and radio equipment. Our next step will be to advance preparations for expanding our sales target to regions other than Kyushu. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We have assigned two staff members in our sales division to initiate expansion of our consignment development of electronic equipment and reception of OEM orders. We are now working on market expansion through agencies in addition to our past method of direct customer visits by our sales staff. We have expanded our sales area to the north Kyushu region and Oita Prefecture, which our sales staff could not have visited because of time restrictions. We also intend to focus on consignment development and receiving orders for mass production of manufacturing equipment, mechanisms, and housings other than electronic equipment. We succeeded in receiving orders for products such as screw conveyors for food processing plants and waterproof outdoor housings for disaster prevention which house a wireless-activated disaster warning system.
