Our company is proactive about design-in joint development with customers. We participate in development, design, and trial manufacturing to make proposals starting from short-term development. We have an integrated production system from mold design and production to press forming, product machining with automated equipment, thermal treatment, and packaging. Our company is highly appreciated for high quality, and also for low cost and short-term deliveries.



[Business description]
Our company manufactures leaf, wire, and other types of springs mainly for automobiles, and also for home electronics appliances, communications equipment, and gas equipment. We manufacture wire products by plate and wire forming and pressed products by metal press working, as well as module products, including resin products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We conduct our own design and manufacturing of precision molds and compact life cycle assessment (LCA) systems. This is based on the technology we have been accumulating for many years and our unique ideas (33 patents). Our products include leaf springs, wire springs, and modules produced in an integrated production system. We mass-produce leaf springs by pressing iron, stainless steel, copper, brass, and phosphor bronze sheets as thin as 0.1 to 4.0 mm at high speed. We mainly process piano wire and stainless steel wire from 0.1 to 4.0 in diameter into wire springs with various shapes according to their purpose of use. We manufacture modules from multiple parts, such as springs, resin parts, and pressed parts, using processing methods such as spot welding, rivet caulking, and press fitting.

Our company has been providing Japanese industry with springs for important functions since our foundation, including to the core automotive industry. The design and engineering staff and field production staff are close to each other at our company. They improve and devise drawings, products, and on-site production equipment with each other. We have been devoted to establishing a corporate culture where the staff mutually improve themselves, and also to training human resources. We will maintain our contribution to the sustainable growth of society and our customers. We will do this by training human resources for Monozukuri craftsmanship with importance placed on passing down “know why” as well as know-how. We will make our staff and their families happy through our company management.

Our sales division serves customers. We have a long track record of technical consulting involving the technical division and also technical staff in the sales division. We have a system capable of understanding and appropriately responding to customer requests after a short meeting and making technical proposals at an early stage.

Nifco Inc.: Joint development of a mesh product for oil filter caulking (Japanese patent pending).

TOYODA GOSEI Co., Ltd.: Joint establishment of a hinge opening and closing mechanism.
