We reduce lead times by using aluminum molds for processing from trial manufacturing to small-lot or medium-lot production.

Our main products are plastic molds for automobile interiors and electrical parts. We excel at providing inexpensive simple molds with short turnarounds. A feature of our simple molds for plastic molding is that they are made of high-strength aluminum, which is easy to machine. Lead time is reduced to a third and the cost is halved compared to conventional molds. These molds can produce trial products, and also small-lot or medium-lot products up to about 30,000 pieces while maintaining the same dimensional accuracy as ordinary production molds. There is a great demand for high-mix, low-volume production, and we are receiving an increasing number of orders for simple molds from medical equipment manufacturers.

[Company strength]
Our company has been manufacturing simple aluminum molds for many years, and we have accumulated unique know-how. We manufacture molds from steel materials, and also from high-strength aluminum. Aluminum is easy to machine, so we can reduce the lead time and cost without losing the quality and dimensional accuracy of molds for mass production.

Our company offers mold manufacturing, vacuum casting, rapid prototyping, powder modeling, sheet metal working, and machining. We have an integrated mold manufacturing system that covers all processes from design and manufacturing of trial (simple) molds to resin molding, finishing, and assembly. We handle from trial manufacturing to small-lot or medium-lot production.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company does not impose any burden on the customer because we manufacture nested molds (in the product shape) and share mold bases. We employ a piece insertion method so we can form undercut parts and so on. This method makes it possible to manufacture higher-quality molds at lower cost. The processing method is direct machining without using wire cut processing or EDM, so the molds can be manufactured with a short turnaround and at a low cost.

Our company supports the development and manufacture of automobile-related parts, medical equipment, and home electronics appliances. This is based on our precision machining technology under an integrated in-house production system from simple mold manufacturing and molding to finishing and inspection. This is why we can help customers to smoothly start small-lot or medium-lot production from mold manufacturing and molding to inspection. We will continue to enhance our production equipment and cultivate human resources for further customer satisfaction. We will work as hard as we can to satisfy customer requests for quality and accuracy, prototype and product development, and small- or medium-volume production to high-mix production.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We rebuilt our website two years ago to reflect our commitment to small-lot or medium-lot production using aluminum molds. We have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from medical equipment manufacturers mainly in the metropolitan Tokyo area. We are ready to receive inquiries mainly at our Tokyo sales office. We are cultivating new sales channels by presenting quotations, directly visiting customers for meetings, and providing other kinds of fine-tuned support.
