[Company strength]
We have advantages in thermosetting resin compression and injection molding, as well as thermosetting resin injection molding (specifically engineering plastic). We have a long track record in supplying electric components for automobiles and small engine parts to major manufacturers. We have increased our in-house design and manufacturing of metallic molds. We assure product accuracy by means of integrated control of dies, molding, and inspection. We have prepared sufficient inspection equipment for this process, including die processing machines and shape measuring equipment.

We manufacture thermosetting resin products for the fields of automobiles and industrial machinery. We can handle various types of precision resin molding articles from thermosetting resin to engineering plastics. We can also provide integrated support for precision quenching metallic mold design and manufacturing, inspection and test equipment design and manufacturing, automation equipment manufacturing, and so on.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Thermosetting molded articles are products with excellent resistance to heat, pressure, and chemicals. We manufacture insulating parts related to automobile engines, which have severe quality requirements. Our monthly production can exceed one million pieces. Our dimensional stability is also excellent, so our products have been adopted for timing pulleys and so on as a substitute for metal.

Thermosetting resin molding has been declining, but we are advancing proposals to use resin in making shapes that had been difficult using metal and so on. This is based on the experience and technology we have been cultivating for 55 years through our thermosetting resin molding.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We take advantage of our integrated in-house manufacturing of dies and moldings to deal with proposal-type sales. We create products while consulting with our customers to solve their difficult problems about plastics, and cover processing from resin selection to delivery. We also aim to further cultivate markets by making use of business matching in the New Value Creation Exhibition.
