Our technical staff are expert craftsmen capable of making full use of skilled handwork and cutting-edge automated machinery.

We mainly engage in high-mix low-volume manufacturing of parts including precision parts to be used in various industrial machines such as machine tools, pharmaceutical packaging machines, and molding machines. We also develop trial models of precision molds. We provide a full array of processing services including machining, electrical discharge machining, grinding, surface treatment and die assembly for a wide range of materials. We handle fine machining of SUS 304 using small-diameter tools (0.1–1 mm), such as fine hole piercing (depth of 5 mm at a diameter of 0.5 mm) and grooving (pitch of 1 mm or less). Our technical staff are expert craftsmen capable of making full use of skilled handwork for fine hole piercing (diameter of 0.8 mm) and cutting-edge automated machinery.

[Company strength]
We have an established production system with solid quality management for parts requiring multiple processing steps supported by: integrated in-house processing including machining, electrical discharge machining, grinding, surface treatment and die assembly; skilled technicians* with 10 to 40 years of experience; digital data creation technology by means of CAD/CAM; thermal treatment/surface treatment system through our partner companies; and a production control system.
* 3 general lathe technicians with 18 years of experience, 5 MC (NC milling) technicians with 40 years of experience, 4 electrical discharging machining technicians with 20 years of experience, and 2 grinding technicians with 10 years of experience

Our company mainly engages in high-mix low-volume production of parts including precision parts to be used in various industrial machines such as machine tools, packaging machines, and molding machines. We also develop trial models of precision molds. We provide a full array of processing services including machining (turning and milling), electrical discharge machining (die milling and wire cutting), grinding (surface grinding, form grinding, and cylindrical grinding), surface treatment and die assembly for a wide range of materials including alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper alloy and engineering plastics.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We excel at manufacturing parts that are difficult to handle in automated processing even by a skilled technician (parts requiring thermal treatment between machining steps, elaborately shaped parts, assembly and adjustment of molded or machined parts, etc.), 3D shape machining of dies, and detail finishing including handwork (polishing, etc.) in high-mix low-volume production. We are also adept at fine machining of SUS 304 using small-diameter tools (0.1–1 mm), for example, fine hole piercing (depth of 5 mm at a diameter of 0.5 mm) and grooving (pitch of 1 mm or less), and are capable of inspection using CNC video measuring systems.

Even the best automated machine cannot produce satisfactory results if the operator is not well trained. Therefore, expert craftsmen capable of making full use of skilled handwork and cutting-edge automated machinery are indispensable for winning customers’ orders both in Japan and abroad. Our current technical staff can pierce a hole with a diameter of 0.8 mm using a hand drill so we can rapidly and inexpensively respond to emergency orders. We believe that the accumulation of novel processing technologies with human intervention is an important key for the survival of small and mid-sized enterprises.

We have a corporate system composed of three officers including representative directors for sales channel development and overseas expansion in addition to further cultivation of our present customers, development of new customers, response to technical inquiries, and VA/VE proposals. We are ready to strengthen our system to advance overseas business following the advice from support institutions.
