[Company strength]
We design and manufacture resin injection molding dies with high cost performance in terms of productivity, ease of maintenance, and durability. We have established a production system where software and hardware are seamlessly integrated by making the most of cutting-edge CAD/CAM systems, large precision NC machining tools, and large molding machines. We can employ this system to manufacture medium-sized and large molding dies (maximum 2,500-ton; 20 tons in weight) with world-class quality. We can also participate from the design phase review process on your request, and manufacture dies that offer higher cost effectiveness and productivity in a short time. We have maintenance sites in China, Thailand, and Indonesia to cater to needs from overseas customers.

Our business includes design, production, and maintenance of resin injection molding dies for the automobile industry. These products are used on center consoles, radiator grilles, interior trim, pillars, bumpers, spoilers, mud guards, louver cowl tops, and so on. Our company has a joint venture in China (Tianjin), a sales and maintenance partner company in Thailand, and a technology partner in Indonesia. We manufacture dies, and provide product and maintenance services to customers in Asia through these partners.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has been designing and manufacturing resin molding dies since 1968. Our accumulated know-how has led to our easy-to-maintain die designs that minimize failures during production, which is highly valued among our customers. We also provide appropriate dies even for the latest equipment and cycles, based on our principle of making dies that can shorten cycle time. We currently manufacture automobile dies for a wide range of interior and exterior parts, including articles with elaborate designs (such as plating, coating, and embossing). These products go through trials before shipping.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The sales department is the point of contact for technical inquires. Staff members in the production and technology departments have already been trained for overseas business. Approximately 20% of all our employees have visited overseas customers on their request. We currently receive orders and provide services in China, Thailand, and Indonesia by working with local partner companies. We plan to expand this scope of operation to cover the entire Southeast Asia region. Our company can offer advice on product design and highly productive made-in-Japan molding dies. We will provide highly satisfying dies even for the latest molding machines.

Our center console box dies are used for 40% of cars manufactured by a certain Japanese car maker. Our other interior and exterior parts also have a large percentage of their markets.

[Joint research and development]
We usually take part in the design phase review process when making dies, and we make various suggestions for improvement to manufacture dies in a highly efficient manner. Toyota Auto Body Indonesia has asked us to train their staff while making large dies (since 2010).
